The promise
We move your map pack in 60 days, or you get every dollar back. Opt in at signup, meet the criteria, and if your average map-pack rank has not improved against your day-zero baseline after 60 days, every dollar for that location comes back to your card. The decision comes from the data, not a meeting.
We never promise you a ranking. Anyone who guarantees you a number one spot is lying. We put the risk on us instead.
Who qualifies
The guarantee is for new customers whose starting average map-pack rank is #4 or worse on their tracked keywords. If you already rank in the top 3, there is not enough room to guarantee movement, so it does not apply.
Opt in at signup or within your first 7 days.
What you keep up on your side
Approve at least 90% of the posts drafted for you (no more than 2 outright rejections; editing a post before approving does not count against you). Reply to new reviews within 48 hours. Keep at least half of the AI-written business description and services list. Stay out of out-of-office mode for all but 7 days.
These are the things that make rankings move. The guarantee holds when the system actually runs.
Claiming
The clock starts when Google verifies your address. Your claim window is day 60 through day 74, and the refund is one click on your dashboard. The full terms live on the guarantee page.
The refund covers every payment you made for that location after the clock started, meaning the day Google verified your address. The $1 trial fee is charged before the clock starts, so it sits outside the window.
