Canceling

Cancel any time from your dashboard settings. New posts and automatic replies stop the moment you cancel; the posts you already approved go out on their dates, and your readings continue until the end of the period you already paid for.

On the way out, one screen shows what is on your Google listing right now (phone numbers, website, booking link), pre-filled with what we know is yours. One button puts your own values back on Google as our last act when the paid period ends; skipping it means nothing is written. If a tracking number of ours was on your listing, it stops on that date, and a site we host stays up for a grace period after it.

Your history is kept, marked cancelled. Nothing is deleted, and you can bring the location back later.

Do I lose my rankings?

Your rankings came from real activity on your real Google Business Profile: posts, review replies, a complete listing. All of that lives on your profile, not on Nebula, and none of it is removed when you cancel. Your map position does not reset because you stopped paying.

What ends is the ongoing work. Posts stop going out, new reviews stop getting replies, and rank tracking stops, so over time competitors who keep at it can pass you, the same as stopping any marketing.

Two practical notes: if you use the Alex phone line, that number is retired shortly after your service ends, so update anywhere you listed it, and run your data export before your final day so your history goes with you.

Pausing instead

If you want a break rather than an exit, a one-time 30-day pause is available in the same flow. It resumes on its own so you do not have to remember to come back.
