Switching from Paige

There is no file to move: your profile work lives on Google. What their terms say, and how to time the switch.

The good news: there is nothing to migrate

Paige’s work product lives on your Google Business Profile, and your profile is yours. Every post it published, every review reply, every listing edit is already sitting on Google and stays there no matter which tool manages the profile next. Connect Google to Nebula and all of it is simply there.

The only thing to carry over is your keyword list, and Paige tracks up to 10 per profile, the same cap we use. Typing them in is part of a setup that takes about a minute.

Run both first if you want the proof

The parallel month works here too. Your first Nebula location is $1 for 3 days, then $99 a month, so you can run it beside Paige and compare what each publishes, how the replies read, and what the maps say before you cancel anything.

And white-glove migration is a real offer: ask, and we walk your first migration with you, live.

Before you cancel, read their terms

Three facts from Merchynt’s own published terms and billing guide, worth knowing before you time the switch. First, their terms state that payments are non-refundable (they advertise a separate conditional guarantee; its terms page was unavailable when we checked). Second, canceling one profile mid-cycle earns a credit toward your next invoice, not cash, and only while other profiles stay active. Third, their billing guide says it directly: "You will not receive any credits or refunds if you cancel your last/only subscription."

So the clean exit is end-of-cycle: cancel your last profile just before the next billing date rather than the day after it. Cancellation itself is self-serve in their app under Settings, Billing, Cancel, or by emailing their support.

If you paid for their citations add-on, their own help page says your citations are not deleted when you leave. Keep whatever listing records they gave you.

What changes when Nebula runs your profile

The philosophy flips from hands-off to eyes-on. By default every post and reply drafts first and waits for your approval; flip on trust mode per location if you want the flow, but a reply to a bad review always waits for a human. You decide how much control to keep instead of the tool deciding for you.

The price is one number: $99 a month per location, the whole subscription for that location, where their citation management bills as a separate add-on. One honest note on that add-on if you used it: theirs submits listings for you, while ours is a consistency scan plus a guided builder you run yourself, so keep the records from theirs either way.

There is a native iOS app for approving from the field; Paige’s own pages list no app. And your profile gets a daily suspension check that warns you before Google acts.

Why the maps may disagree

If you compared heatmaps during the parallel month, expect differences. Tools sample different map points at different zoom levels and different times of day, and Google’s results move with all three. Our method is public on the checker rules page: 49 real Google Maps searches across a 7 by 7 grid, with the display drawn from the measured points.

Whatever tool you trust, hold it to the same standard we hold ourselves to: the same grid, measured the same way, month over month. On Nebula that measurement carries the 60-day rank guarantee (six criteria apply), so the number has money behind it.

Quick questions

Will I lose my posts and reviews if I leave Paige?

No. Posts, review replies, and listing edits live on your Google Business Profile, not inside Paige, and your reviews are Google’s record of your business. None of it moves or disappears when you switch tools.

What happens to the citations Paige built?

Their own help page says your citations are not deleted when you cancel. Keep any listing records or logins from your time with them, and check your key listings a month after switching to make sure the details still match your profile.

Is Nebula also $99?

Yes, the sticker matches. The difference is what stacks on top: their citation management bills as a separate add-on, while on Nebula the $99 is the whole subscription for a location. Every location is backed by the 60-day rank guarantee (six criteria apply).
