What the export includes
One downloadable file with your account profile, your locations and their settings, every rank audit, your reviews and review activity, your posts, your customer search terms, your citation scans, Alex call records and captured leads, and your billing history.
Passwords, card numbers, and connection tokens are never in the file. It is your data, minus the secrets that protect your accounts.
What stays
A website built inside Nebula is part of the service and is not included in the export. Everything else leaves with you.
For agencies
