The price
A location on the web plan is $99 per month. Billing runs through Stripe, and you manage your card, invoices, and subscription from the billing portal in your dashboard settings.
If a payment does not go through
If a charge fails, that location pauses. Posting and the rest of the automation stop, and the dashboard for that location shows a payment screen until the card is sorted. Nothing is deleted. Your data, your audits, and your reports are kept exactly as they were, and any other locations keep running untouched.
Update your card from the payment screen or in Settings, and the charge retries on its own; the moment it goes through, everything resumes automatically. No call, no reactivation fee.
If you subscribed on iPhone
Apple handles those subscriptions, so changes happen on your phone: Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions, then NebulaSEO. Nebula cannot change an Apple subscription for you; Apple does not allow it.
