How it runs
With trust mode on, Nebula drafts and posts replies to new reviews for you, in your voice, throughout the day.
The human gate
A reply to a 3-star review or lower never publishes on its own. The draft waits on your Reviews page for you to edit, approve, or scrap. A bad review deserves a human decision, so that is the rule.
Safety rails
Drafts that contain links or phone numbers do not publish, and anything that looks off gets held back for you instead of posted. When in doubt, the system waits for you.
