What is Nova?
Nova is the website designer built into NebulaSEO. You tell it about your business and how you want to come across, and it designs your site page by page from your own words and your real details. It is included in your plan, and so are the hosting and the lead-collecting chat.
Is it a template?
No. Nova designs each site for the business in front of it, from the owner's description and the business's real facts: its services, its Google reviews, its hours, the towns it serves and its own photos. Two plumbers in the same town get two different sites.
Can I change what Nova makes?
Anything. Ask Nova for a change in plain words, or click a word or a photo and change it yourself. Nova's changes show on the page first and wait for you to apply them, undo is one click, and your own edits never use any of your Nova usage.
How many pages do I get?
Up to 5 pages on your plan, such as your home page, your main services and your story. The contact page and the legal pages come with every site and never count.
When does Nova start?
With your first paid month. Everything else NebulaSEO does starts on the $1 trial; Nova designs your site once your first full month is paid.
Do I need to own a domain first?
No. Your site publishes and works without one. When you want your own domain on it, connect the one you have or buy one at any registrar and point it over. A few small records at your registrar and you are done.
Will connecting my domain break my email?
No. We show you the exact records to add and we never touch the ones your email lives on. The instructions even name your mail provider and tell you, in writing, that it stays exactly where it is.
What happens to my website if I leave?
Your domain, your words and your photos are yours to take with you. The site Nova designed is hosted by NebulaSEO and stays with us, and you are told that before you start.
Is the chat a real person?
The chat never pretends to be one. The lead collector is a short form in chat clothes, and the AI assistant introduces itself as an AI in its first sentence. Anyone who wants a person taps once, leaves their number, and a real person follows up.
Can I put the chat on a website I already have?
Yes. On WordPress, install our plugin and you are done. Anywhere else, one line of code pasted before the closing body tag puts the same chat on Squarespace, Wix, or anything that lets you edit your site. Your Nova site gets it automatically.
