Google posts on autopilot

Ten drafts a cycle, published on schedule, with you in control.

The rhythm

Each cycle Nebula drafts 10 Google Business Profile posts for your location and spreads them across the period. Approved posts publish automatically at their scheduled time.

Approval, or trust

By default every draft waits for your approval. If you flip on trust mode, drafts approve themselves and just flow. Posts that quote a customer review only exist when you build one yourself in the Post Design studio; Nebula never attaches a review to a post on its own, in either mode.

Designed posts

The Post Design studio turns posts into branded images: your colors, a template, and optionally your photos. Posts that show a rating badge only do so when your rating has real weight behind it, and review snippets show the author as a first name and last initial to protect their privacy.

If a post does not publish

Once in a while Google turns a post down, usually over its wording or an image it will not accept. A post publishes on its scheduled day or not at all; a missed one never shows up late and out of order.

Anything that could not publish sits under Posts, then History, then Failed, with the reason next to it. Edit the post and approve it again: if its time has already passed it goes right up, otherwise it publishes at its slot. If the reason says your Google connection dropped, reconnecting it in Settings is the fix.

If several posts fail in a short stretch, we email you so you do not find out from a quiet profile.
