Social planner

One calendar
for every post.

Nebula writes ten Google posts a month for each location. The planner puts them on a calendar next to the ones you write yourself, with campaigns, repeats and holidays, and approving is a hover. Included with every location.

The calendar

The month, the way you actually run it.

No approvals tab, no history tab, no feed to dig through. A post is reviewed where it sits, and everything that happened this month is still on the day it happened.

One calendar per location
Each location keeps its own month, on its own clock. A post scheduled for 9:00 goes out at 9:00 where the business is.
Nebula’s posts and yours, side by side
The ten posts Nebula writes each month land on the calendar as drafts you can move or edit. Your own sit right next to them.
Approving is a hover
Hover any post for its menu: approve, edit, move, delete. Published and rejected posts stay on the calendar, so the month reads as history too.
Repeats
Every day, weekdays, every week or every month, stopping after the number of posts you pick. One post becomes a series.
Campaigns as bands
Give a campaign dates and it draws across its days. The band shows how many of its posts are out, so a stalled campaign is visible at a glance.
Notes and holidays
Pin a note to any day. Public holidays for your country appear on their own, so a post never lands on a day the shop is shut.
The composer

Write it once. Send it where you tick.

One box, one height, no surprises. The composer asks for the same things every time: the words, a photo, the channels, the time.

  • Pick the channels for each post. No mirror toggles, no rules to remember: what you tick is where it goes.
  • Different words for different channels when you want them, one set when you do not.
  • Every post carries a photo, and any photo works: yours, one of over fifteen million free stock images, or one made for you. It is converted to what each channel accepts before it leaves.
  • Offers, events and a button when the post needs one. Templates, campaigns and labels to keep a month organized.
  • Write with AI drafts the words in your voice, from what you tell it. You keep the last word.

Google today. Facebook and Instagram publishing is built and tested, and opens to every account the day Meta finishes reviewing our app. The chips say so until then.

Approvals

Nothing publishes without your say-so. Unless you want it to.

Three approval modes
Required, optional or none, set per location. Required means nothing publishes until someone says so.
Reminders that reach you
An email and a push when posts are waiting, timed before the first one is due.
Approve all, or ask
Clear a whole month in one click, or send a request to whoever approves for that location.
From the phone too
Waiting posts show up in the iPhone and Android apps. Approve, edit or reject from the truck.

Deleting a post Nebula wrote asks you first and says what the post was for, so a month’s keyword coverage is never thinned by accident.

The photo library

One picker, four places a picture can come from.

Your uploads
Drop in your own photos once and reuse them on any post.
Your Google photos
The pictures already on your Business Profile, ready to pick.
Free stock
Over fifteen million free stock images, searched from the picker, for the days you have nothing new.
Made for you
15 pictures a month per location, made from a line of description. Need more? Packs of 30 for $5, and they never expire.
Questions

Straight answers

Do I have to approve every post?

Only if you want to. Each location has an approval mode: required, where nothing publishes until someone approves it; optional, where a post publishes on its own unless you hold it; or none, where the schedule simply runs. Nebula reminds you when posts are waiting, and you can approve a whole month at once.

Can I write my own posts?

Yes. The composer writes a post for any day and time, with a photo, an offer or an event, a button, and different words for each channel if you want them. Your posts sit on the same calendar as the ten Nebula drafts each month. Writing by hand is a web job; approving works from the phone apps too.

Does it post to Facebook and Instagram?

Google today. Facebook and Instagram publishing is built and tested, and it opens to every account the moment Meta finishes reviewing our app. Until then the Facebook and Instagram chips in the composer read as coming soon, and nothing on the site pretends otherwise.

Where do the pictures come from?

The photo library holds your own uploads, the photos already on your Google profile, over fifteen million free stock images, and pictures made for you on request: 15 a month per location, with packs you can buy that never expire. One picker, every post.

Is this extra?

No. The planner, the composer, the calendar, approvals and the photo library are part of every location. The only optional purchase is more made pictures once a month’s allowance is used up.

A month of posts, planned in an evening.

Connect your Google profile and the first ten posts are drafted for you. Add your own, set the approval mode, and let the calendar run.
