Adding your team
Give people their own login, and decide what each one can reach.
Everyone gets their own login
Invite people from the Team screen in your profile menu. Seats are free: your whole team logs in at no extra cost, and nothing about your bill changes when you add one.
A shared password is the thing to avoid. Separate logins mean you can see who did what, and removing somebody who leaves takes one click instead of changing a password everybody uses.
What each person can do
Every seat has a role, and the role decides what they can reach. An account manager runs client work day to day. A specialist does production work like posts and review replies. A sales seat works the pipeline and never touches a client listing.
You can adjust any of it per person. The things that stay with the owner are the ones that spend money or change the whole account: billing, adding and removing locations, and managing the team itself.
Limiting somebody to certain clients
A seat can be narrowed to a named set of clients, so somebody who looks after five accounts sees those five and not the rest of your book. By default a seat sees every client, including ones you add later, which is what most teams want.
Holding new work for review
Each person can be set so their work waits for somebody else to look before it reaches a client. It is meant to be on while a person is new and off once you trust them.
Their AI assistant follows their seat
If somebody connects their own AI assistant to Nebula, it inherits exactly what their seat can do. Narrow them to five clients and their assistant reads those five. Take a permission away and it stops working on their next question, not in a month.
