Your side is flat: $99 per month for each location you manage, the same at location one and location one hundred. No agency tier, no per-seat fees, and your whole team logs in free.

Billing your clients

Billing your clients works two ways. You can log invoices by hand and mark them sent, paid, or void, so each client’s page stays the record. Or connect Stripe from your dashboard and invoice through Nebula: set your rate per location, send the invoice, and your client pays you directly.

You are the merchant of record and the money lands in your own Stripe account, with standard Stripe processing fees. Nebula takes no cut of what your clients pay you; our $99 per location is billed to you separately, so your margin is simply your rate minus $99.
