Find anything in the dashboard

Every screen, what it is called, and where to go for the thing you are trying to do.

Two account types, two menus

Your menu depends on the kind of account you have, and the same screen can go by two names. That is the single most common reason a set of instructions does not match what you see.

Single business. One location. The menu is the work: grow the profile, then manage it. The menu is grouped into Grow, Manage.

Agency. Many client locations. The menu splits into the clients you manage, the agency’s own tools, and the location you are currently looking at. The menu is grouped into Clients, Agency tools, Your agency.

Where to do a thing

Change which searches (keywords) are tracked: go to Business Settings if you have one business, Location Settings if you are an agency, the General tab.

Edit the business description, phone or website: go to Business Settings if you have one business, Location Settings if you are an agency, the General tab.

Set business hours: go to Business Settings if you have one business, Location Settings if you are an agency, the Business Hours tab.

Connect or reconnect Google: go to Business Settings if you have one business, Location Settings if you are an agency, the Google Connection tab.

See where the business ranks on the map: go to Reports.

Understand why a ranking fell: go to Reports, open Why did this decline? on the keyword.

Download a ranking report as a PDF: go to Reports, Download PDF on the keyword.

Get the link that asks customers for a review: go to Reviews, the Review Request Link card.

Approve a drafted review reply: go to Reviews.

Approve or reject a drafted post: go to Automation.

Check whether AI assistants name the business: go to Website + AI, the AI Visibility tab.

Put the chat widget on another website: go to Website + AI, the Chat tab.

Check the website’s speed or uptime: go to Website + AI, the Speed & Uptime tab.

Add a location: go to Clients, the Locations tab.

Open a client’s dashboard: go to Clients.

Change what clients see in their own dashboard: go to Clients, the Settings tab.

Bill a client: go to Invoices.

Put a rank checker on your own website: go to Widget.

Teach the phone answering service a fact: go to Voice Agent.

Find listings with the wrong phone number or address: go to Citations.

The menu

What you will see down the left, depending on your account type.

Single business. Dashboard. Grow: Automation, Reviews, Reports, Coverage, Voice Agent, Call Tracking, Website + AI, Citations, Churn Prevention, Inbox. Manage: Business Settings.

Agency. Dashboard. Clients: Churn Prevention, Clients, Invoices, Client Outreach. Agency tools: Mailbox, Leads & Dialer, CRM, Documents, Widget, Academy, Calendar. Your agency: Location Home, Automation, Reviews, Reports, Coverage, Voice Agent, Call Tracking, Website + AI, Citations, Location Settings.

A few screens only appear once the location has an address that can be placed on a map.

Some screens are headed differently from their menu name: Voice Agent opens a page headed Alex, and Widget opens one headed Rank checker widget.

Quick questions

The instructions I was given mention a menu item I do not have.

Check which account type you have. A single business sees Business Settings where an agency sees Location Settings, and Dashboard where an agency sees Location Home. Same screen, different name.

Where do I change the searches I am tracking?

Business Settings if you have one business, Location Settings if you are an agency, then the General tab.

Why can I not see Reports or Coverage?

Both are built on rank maps, so they only appear once the location has an address that can be placed on a map.
