Spotting a client who is about to leave

Every client gets a retention score, with the reasons and what to say.

What the score is

Every client you manage is scored each week on how likely they are to stay, out of 100, and lands in one of four bands. Green is healthy. Yellow is watch, and it is the band where reaching out still works. Red means they have real grounds for a conversation about value. Critical means treat them as leaving unless something changes.

This is about YOUR client leaving YOU. It has nothing to do with your own Nebula subscription.

What it reads

The score is built from what the client can see: whether their ranking is moving, whether reviews are still arriving, whether the phone is ringing, whether their listing is healthy, and whether their payments to you are going through.

A client with no score yet has not been scored rather than being fine. New clients sit that way until the first weekly run.

What to do with it

Each client gets a plain-English story of why they should stay, the wins worth leading with, the soft spots to be honest about, and ready answers to the objections clients actually raise. It is written to be used in a conversation, not filed.

One thing outranks the score: if a client has already given notice, or a payment has been disputed, that is the story and the number is not.

Where to find it

Churn Prevention in the dashboard, for the selected client. Your whole book carries the band too, so you can see at a glance which clients need you.
